Anjana Punniamoorthy

Anjana is a sophomore in the Bioengineering program at the University of Washington. As an undergraduate researcher in the Kuchina Lab, she works with micro-SPLiT technology to uncover bacterial heterogeneity within complex community samples. Her work focuses on improving and validating the micro-SPLiT computational pipeline across diverse sequencing datasets.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, climbing, and exploring Seattle.
